This is exactly what I expected. Found out the code was a dirty air filter and nothing serious. In a Boxster I just bought. If the engine is hidden, who can tell about it. That saved me a trip to the mechanic.

Not even close to what a Durametric can read. I bought it to track down an alarm malfunction. This unit didn't even bother to look at the alarm sensors. The software is quite primitive compared to durameic. If you want to see all the information available from your Porsche's sensors, save your money and don't buy this.

Bought this scanner to reset the airbag deactivation warning light after a dead car battery. It's disappointing that Porsche can a) fit a decent battery that doesn't drain in a short amount of time. b) You cannot simply reset the airbag light after self-diagnosis or via a switch in the dashboard menu system.
