Blessing of the Wheelmaster.

This tool makes installing wheels with deep nipple grooves MUCH easier. This reduced assembly time by at least 50 seconds and resulted in a significant reduction in finger pain.

This nipple *inserter* is only

unfortunately not a very useful tool. This is effective for loading the nipple through the rim, but does not help set initial tension. If they replaced the weird wire tip with an adjustable or fixed stem (so it would work more like a nipple drive) this thing would work great.

Pros
  • bike tool and maintenance
Cons
  • there are nuances

I really like this tool. It excels in the initial stages of freely screwing nipples onto the spokes around the rim. It does not replace a spoke wrench. It has a small spring that goes into the nipple and pushes against the inside wall of the nipple to hold it securely on the end of the tool to keep the nipple from falling off. You put the nipple in the rim, make a few turns with the tool and the nipple sits securely on the threaded end of the spoke. This tool is a lot better than putting a drop
