Just get the right tool.

Didn't fit my bottom bracket. He broke off part of the slide, but didn't pull out the entire bearing. I just had to use a puncher and a hammer.

POS didn't work: Cycling

It didn't stick well enough to my Shimano 24mm. This broke the inside of my bb leaving the rest stuck in the frame. I should have gotten better.

Pros
  • Shop Tools
Cons
  • old

There are interchangeable bearings. The tool destroys existing ones.

I used for SRAM BB92. I was hoping I could remove the bearing to clean and lubricate the frame chamber and reinstall. Completes the task of removing, but destroys the camp. Got your new stock. Too bad, because my bearings were actually fine, but I had some serious crank squeaking from all that sand working its way through the Trek ex7's open frame.

Pros
  • bike tools and service
Cons
  • having problems
