So cool I have three!

The laptop I'm using with us is just "old enough" not to have built-in Bluetooth, so this adapter serves a dual purpose: (1) it allows me to use a Bluetooth keyboard for incoming traffic (which fits in an accessory bag) and (2) it also allows me to play digital music over "stereo" without a connecting cable. The compact size also means I don't have to unplug it from the USB port when I put the laptop in my carrying case. The only thing that took some getting used to was the blinking to confirm…

Pros
  • glitters
Cons
  • There are problems

Worked just fine for Linux Mint

Not much to say here. There isn't a long list of features. But the price was pretty good, and when I plugged it in, my laptop immediately became Bluetooth-enabled. I didn't expect him to do anything else. It's not like this. It just works. The only thing I don't like? It sticks out almost an inch from the side of my laptop, which means I have to remove it before putting the laptop back in my bag. It's not that I don't have other things to do. But this one is prettier. OK, small problem. Enjoy…

Pros
  • Builds trust
Cons
  • Expensive insurance

so so Network adapters

works great with everything I have plugged into it like a mouse keyboard but when I try to plug my headset into it it seems like it loses signal from time to time which causes the audio to skip for a second or two, it was that bad when I first got this but it only got worse over time. I've moved my rig around the world since I got it and I think its location is why it's not secure, but I'm less than 3ft from the bluetooth dongle tower and I think that I must have these problems at this distance

Pros
  • Great choice
Cons
  • Nothing here

Works like a charm for my Ubuntu 16.04

I built an Ubuntu computer with a faulty network adapter and the bluetooth adapter that came with the motherboard. I've spent hours fixing the firmware and driver, but my device just wouldn't pair with my bluetooth keyboard (TMK mod controller or my HHKB). Now I bought this device, plugged it in, the light came on and without messing around with any firmware I can see the dongle is working (bluetoothctl). Install Bluez:i386, pair with keyboard and YES, my keyboard works!

Pros
  • One year trial
Cons
  • Infinitely sluggish
