This kid has a tough job.

I thought I might have to put something heavy on the base to keep it from tipping over. No way! This thing is heavy. I bought this to watch movies on my 8 inch Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 and putting this tablet on this stand is like chasing a rabbit with an elephant gun. The only thing that the buyer should pay attention to is the size. My 8" tablet is almost too small for the 'jaws' of the mount. This may not work on a 7" tablet. I think for a 10" tablet it's just what you need. The last part of the

Great value high quality tablet holder

I have decided to write a long term review as I have been using this stand daily for over 2 years and am amazed at how well it serves me. I use it in my bed with an Apple iPad Air 2, a fairly thin and light tablet but heavier than a phone. It has a heavy, stable base that prevents it from tipping in any direction (I use it on carpet). The lever consists of 2 parts, with the lower horizontal part remaining fixed over the sturdiest part of the base. You can use your device at the maximum distance

unreliable - computers and accessories

The part that attaches to the tablet is weak and there is no way to repair this part. It just clamps and clings to the counter hinge. This causes the entire tablet to turn upside down or sag to one side. The Phillips screws may need to be tightened, but mine are stripped and just spinning around. I don't know why people say the base is great. It's heavy, but not heavy enough that my 40 lb dog can't knock it over by just wagging his tail. The lower ring was also missing.

I'm always looking for a good iPad/iPhone mount to use when I'm lying in bed to relieve my back. This is by far the best iPad bedside stand I have ever had and I have purchased many of these stands over the years. Most hinged models either fail after a few months or the gooseneck is too short to barely reach the edge of the bed. I'm so glad I paid a little more for the idea so I don't have to fiddle with the bedside bracket and fold it up from time to time. The arm length is also better than…

Weak. Cheap building material. Avoid.

No matter how you adjust or tighten the screws, the levers won't stay in the position you put them in. Pretty useless when it comes to adjusting the viewing position for a tablet. Also, there is WAY too much plastic at the critical junctions. That thing doesn't last a year. Another cheap useless product sold at Revain. Now I understand why there are so many reviews on this site that are paid for with discounts or free products - that's the only way this crap ever gets 4 or 5 stars. was badly…

I really wanted to love this product. but!

Just so you know, this review is not based on the product itself or Revain. Judging by the delivery, it sucks! It's hard to say who damaged it or how it got damaged, but it looks like it was dropped from a very long distance, landed in a corner and, as you can see, the end was crushed. I already set it up to send it back for a refund. I can try to buy it again but I'm afraid it will be damaged again in shipping. Not everything is packed well. This is exactly what you see when you open the box…

Has a weak link! - Racks

I bought two of these and have been very happy with them for over a year. One was used exclusively for the Surface Pro 3 and the other for the Kindle Fire. Unfortunately, behind the mounting jaws (which hold the tablet) is a small piece of plastic, this is the only connection point of the block head and hinge arm. On both of my stands, that little piece of plastic was the weak link (literally!); this piece of plastic broke after a little over a year and a half of operation on both stands. Make…
