I was looking for a good all round set of mounting blocks for my shop. They are perfect for all needs, I have measured them on three separate digital scales and they are perfect for cars some of which even exceed the 1000 category. Highly recommended

I don't usually write reviews but I ordered this set based on the imperial units (inches) advertised. What I got was a set of metrics that couldn't even be selected when I placed an order. I will return but will be disappointed when the person you are buying this for as a gift opens it and it is not what was expected.

I would give 5 stars if it wasn't for the product, the container is cheap plastic and ripped when opened! BUT the blocks themselves are PERFECTLY finished! verified with digital and vernier calipers and all blocks have zero deflection markings along the full length of the block. Highly recommended and would buy again if needed!

I did not purchase these after looking at the many 2-4-1 table saw and router settings in other tools. I chose a separate pole because it's more versatile. I can use it on my table saw and router. On a router I can use it upside down on the plate or right side up on the dial. I love the fact that I can place multiple bars for different measurements. This setup kit is a very nice addition to my collection of equipment that I use to avoid losing rulers for measuring parts and setting up saws and fences. The set has one significant drawback in the form of an inferior case. Using rough and inferior foam to hold the blocks in place is likely to result in cracking and warping with very little use. I have decided to join the comment that I have seen in other reviews of this product. In particular, the two thinnest blocks (1/16 inch and 3/32 inch) are curved - 1/16 inch more than 3/32 inch. If I had to guess, the marking process induces a surface tension that thinner blocks cannot withstand. It's very convenient to have a set of mounting blocks, but this set has some very annoying design flaws which shouldn't be overlooked at the price: 1) The blocks aren't labeled on all sides, so need to fold it back into the box in the correct orientation, otherwise it won't pull out the size you want quickly. 2) The case is of poor quality and doesn't have a snap-on lid - it pops open if dropped.
