Recently, I purchased a new ignition lanyard for my Evinrude engine and it has been a total game-changer! Based on my observations, this particular switch and relay has made an exceptional impact on the overall performance of my car. The installation process was super easy and the result was amazing. The lanyard is compatible with a wide range of engine types, and it's been working flawlessly. The only con I could think of is the price, but the quality is worth every penny.

Be sure to take a picture of your old one with the cables connected because if you don't it will be very difficult to know which cables go where. You need to connect six wires. Finally found out after two weeks of searching the internet and asking questions.

It's just scrap, after I installed it everything was fine at first. Here's the kicker. With outboards you usually press the button on the choke and yes it works for about 3 weeks. Then when I pushed it to turn it off, the back of the key switch broke. And that's why I say it's garbage. Plastic waste and will tell anyone who asks me don't waste your money. Many Thanks. Be sure
