We fitted this stand to our Model X and it has proven to be as good as Yakima's best stand system. Based on the good reviews and pictures I chose this bike rack. When it arrived I was shocked to see red rust on the inside of the tubes on the rack. Judging by the pictures in the listing, it should have a 268µM Ultra Durable coating. You can see from the attached image that this claim is completely false (it was actually 24.4 µM). I love this bike rack. The solid construction (with one exception) and the ability to leave the trunk on but still use the sunroof in the rear of the jeep is great.
