I'm a beginner and these skates were everything I wanted and more. They are great for riding outdoors and the ride is smooth and fast!

I received them yesterday for my first ride and I am very satisfied! Ice skating is much easier than on a roller rink. I've only used them outdoors so far, but the wheels are sticky enough to provide good traction. I recommend watching a YouTube video that shows you how to set up your wheels and carts before attempting to ride them. They are very tight right out of the box so need to be adjusted. I am disappointed because overall I really like them. Unfortunately they are full of holes and do not lay flat when laced up, I have a narrow foot and they are almost too big but with extra socks they fit well. They're cute and durable, but they're not laced up and you can feel it at the top of your foot... In the photo, they're SO tightly laced up and have no zipper; Tried lacing weaker, it got worse. I'll be going back, maybe re-ordering as the other skates aren't as bad as these, although…
