Great benefits provider & amazing customer care

I like that they are very flexible when it comes to different types of programs in place for my office! They offer some really great incentives for employees but also have several other ways we can motivate people outside of these incentive plans - which is key since sometimes you just need more than one way to get your point across!! The support from them has been fantastic too! We’ve used multiple services within IncentiveSmart over time (from rewards cards, gift card portals etc) so there…

The ability to set up different account types for each client is very useful in this day of cookie cutter solutions! It also helps that they have an amazing team who are always working hard towards solving any problems or questions you may be having with your program implementation/design (even if it's not them!). Super helpful and user friendly as well, especially regarding customer service

The most important thing about this program is that it's easy to use for both employees & customers alike! I love how simple they make things with regards of rewards programs like these - there are no complicated steps or anything else you need worry yourself over in order get your point balance up where ever needed (or down if necessary).
