ready to use but I'm not sure how long they will last. nice finish on them and they work as they should but I can't comment on how long they last before failure.

Cons
  • There are doubts

Excellent customer service

The 30 pound spacers did not hold the cargo door of my van. I contacted Red Hound Auto over the weekend and they immediately sent me an RTA. 30lb racks traded for 100lb racks at no extra charge!

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

Too strong a door for a van.

Too strong for a van door. So strong that this rack ripped the screws out of the door, opening the door for the first time since installation. I had to go back for a 20lb rack, but that's not the rack's fault. Repairing the door was a bigger problem but was solved with larger bolts and a new 3 bolt ball mount to hold the ball to the camper door.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Protection bar
