Avoid this Flimsy Slicing Tool

According to my experience, this product was a waste of money. It's poorly constructed making it difficult to slice anything without feeling like it's about to bend or break. The only positive is that the stainless steel is easy to clean .However, the poor quality just isn't worth it. Save yourself the frustration and find a better slicing tool..

Made in China on the way

I am Chinese and personally never buy "junk" from China. The Zhang Xiaoquan brand is old school, so I can remember some quality knives from the early 1990s. I spent too much on luxury Japanese knives and thought heck my brothers should give it a try. lol the price is a bit off. Overall I have nothing to fault for Buck. Get a permanent sharpening stone. Now this knife is the most popular knife in our kitchen.
