SAFE-DRY Men's Water-Proof, Stain-Resistant, Odor-Resistant 100% Cotton Incontinence Boxer is truly outstanding. It looks like normal cotton underwear with a usable front fly yet It fully and discreetly protects like no other product with complete noiseless, heatless comfort.

It is constructed with a patented 100% cotton Fabrapel body and has a six ply integrated, sewn-in, absorbent waterproof panel made of soft Duralite. This barrier extends from the top of the front waistband to the back of the waistband. The panel will absorb 10 oz. of fluid, yet stays dry to your skin. Fabrapel dries out very quickly.

No heat or noise can be generated like vinyl or plastic pants. Latex free elastics.

I Never Felt So Secure!

Let's be real, nobody wants to suffer the embarrassment of adult incontinence. Fortunately, "Kleinert's" has come up with a solution! Their "Incon Boxers" are a game-changer for those of us who can't make it to the bathroom in time. With a 6-ply absorbent waterproof panel, you can say goodbye to wet pants and hello to dry comfort. Not only do these briefs work like a charm, but the boxer design is stylish and comfortable. I've never been so secure, and I give these boxers 5 stars out of 5!
