I had an older version of this gun, formerly called the Hi Pur. The plastic construction was poorly designed and broke. Usage is excellent and I'm buying another gun, but I'm really annoyed that they don't just sell me a broken plastic part. Planned obsolescence? I think so.

Now I don't have to use finishing nails. The appearance of the finished product is much better than before and the durability is also on a different level. This is especially useful in projects where nothing else will work and a professional tool is needed.
