I love how it shows you all your prospects information right there in one place, so no more digging through multiple spreadsheets to find my contact info! Would like for this app was better at keeping track of previous calls which is something that we need from our CRM system as well but they do have other features suchas creating campaigns/mass text etc - not sure if these are included or just extra apps needed? The best part is that I am able to reach out directly, without asking for permission from anyone else in my family or social circle! The ability to target multiple groups of people in different ways at once is great! I've been very happy with how it has helped us reach more customers than we'd otherwise be able to reach by way of our current marketing methods. Nothing really, they are good for what you need them for but nothing that's worth complaining about so far.
