These are great IR receivers but when I bought 3 they only sent me 2. I can say it was a simple mistake , as there were 3 electronics bags included, but only 2 contained the actual product and there was no sign of it falling out of the bag into the packaging. If I could resubmit a third one, I would happily revise this review and increase it to 5 stars.

My BOSE system was not responding to my remote and was acting like it had basically failed. There were no built-in controls on the main box to turn the device on and off. A small diagnosis revealed that the IR receiver module in the interface box is only "maybe" defective. For only a few bucks I figured it would be worth a try. WA LAAA. The system now works like a champ. A simple replacement for those who have ever used a small soldering iron.
