Wonderful easy-touse scheduling tool, especially helpful if new in workforce management environment

Great to use! Very intuitive user friendly platform which makes it very quick & convenient to get setup quickly without having to go through multiple steps or have an IT person who knows how this works (it can be easily confused). We had issues initially connecting our office 365 calendars so we contacted their technical support team but they only helped us resolve that problem once after several calls back over a few weeks span. No other problems currently using the software daily as intended.

  • The system is quite robust and has an easy UI with minimal steps

  • The system is a little confusing to navigate at first but once you get a hang of things it's very intuitive
