Great POS System and Customer Service

I like that it has so many options to customize my store even more than other point of sale systems we have used in the past! The customer service from innfiniti was also great as they were very helpful with any questions our team had about their system. They are quick at responding back when you do send them an email - sometimes not all emails get answered but they're usually pretty fast once they receive it (or respond).   • It would be nice if the system was a bit more user friendly with the ability to track certain items or the ability to just have a little more information about the product on the screen

Extremely helpful, attentive staff: Innfinit POS

The customer service has been amazing! They are always there to help me with any issues I may be having. Their support team works really hard when they do respond to an issue you have. Sometimes it takes a few days to get back to you but once we do our communication flows very well. As of now this is my favorite point-of-sale system out there because everything about their products fit my needs perfectly. There isn't anything that I dislike at all so far as far as using it in my restaurant…
