Description of INNO INA451 Accessory Stopper Stackers

Universal Mounting Allows Cradles to attach directly to Inno Rack Crossbars as well as other aftermarket and most factory cross bar systems. Acts as a very effective stopper that prevents kayaks from sliding down kayak stacker upright posts while loading kayaks and strapping them down. Completely stabilizes kayak during transport. Packaged as a pair of cradles for mounting to the front and rear roof rack cross bars. Includes universal mounting hardware and easy to follow instructions.

An absolute must with Thule Stack or any other .

An absolute must for Thule Stack or any kayak rack. This greatly simplifies loading and binding. I've had mine for a few months now and I can't live without it.

  • Car Rack and Holder
Cons
  • Protection

fits Outback 3.0L llbean 2006

Both of my kayaks fit and don't move at all with this one complete with Malone Stax Pro2. I've used them to replace the foam blocks that came with the Malone Stax Pro 2 and they work a million times better/faster!

Pros
  • Roof Rack
Cons
  • Upgrade Availability

Great addition to the kayak packer

Great addition to the kayak packer. This makes my Thule 830 stacker much easier to use as the legs prevent the kayak from falling off before it is secured with straps. It also came with a set of straps that I can use to tie down a second kayak.

Pros
  • Kayak, Canoe & SUP Racks
Cons
  • Crumpled

You may want to buy two sets

This was very easy to install on my Durango roof rack. I have a Thule forklift. I bought a set of cradles so we loaded one kayak on one side for a long time and then someone had to hold the other kayak upright on the other side until the straps were tight. The first set held up well so I finally got another set so both kayaks could be balanced while the straps were pulled and tightened.

Pros
  • Kayak Canoe SUP Rack
Cons
  • Modern

Will not work on Yakima

You would think they could make the bolts a bit longer to fit other bars than their own. The studs are so short they won't fit on anything other than a very thin side brace. Now I need to find new screws and the hex head of the screw probably won't fit the plastic knobs so I can't use them. Stay away when using Yakima or any size crossbar. They are also just lightweight plastic, very overpriced.

  • roof bars
Cons
  • Legacy

Throw away your bow and stern straps

I have a horizontal Tulley rack that supports kayaks on both sides. Usually you have to tie them around the rack a few times and then tie the kayaks to the bumpers front and back. These stoppers compress the kayaks on the outside of the car (kayaks on the side). Combined with a simple strap, canoes are held so tightly that they cannot be rotated out of line. I no longer attach bow and stern straps to the bumpers. They are easy to install and easy to use.
