This is excellent value for money. Reduce the size of my boat, I had to install new moorings. This is the perfect length to give you enough slack to tie in a panty at a distance or when you need to tighten without leaving a rope mess.

This rope ruined my seats and I'm very upset! It is listed as "Sea Grade" which is clearly FALSE ADVERTISING and ERROR! Sea quality rope should NOT discolour! A HORRIBLE quality product that has damaged my boat due to FALSE ADVERTISING!

Just started using it on my boat. Appears in very good quality and color. Don't think about how it will wear out with more use. I suspect it will be very good. Wouldn't want to give all 5 stars without knowing this. But intuition is worth the money. Changed docking lines from 1/2" to 3/8".

These dock lines look like they should cost a lot more than about $10 each; the same diameter, length and color in West Marine is about 3.5 times more expensive. Time will tell how the material will hold up in the marine environment, but for now it looks like a good deal. If my opinion changes after a season of salty air and UV exposure, I'll update this review.

Great line for mooring a boat at the dock. The only reason for a 3 rating is that they bleed and leave marks when they're wet, which they usually are, and you put them on your boat chairs or benches. Update - I want to give credit to the seller for offering me a refund or another set of free ropes. I would buy them again if I needed more boat rope but just wouldn't leave them on my white vinyl seats. A good salesman who stands behind his product often doesn't see that.

The cut end is well soldered to a 1/4 inch length and in addition the rope is whipped to ensure there is no unraveling throughout the life of the line. The approach consists of a simple insert and is nicely profiled over a 5 inch insert. And they also tie it with a rope at the incision site to secure it. Very professional looking and way better than I can do myself. Worst thing I can say is that the cord itself doesn't have a tensile strength rating so I'm only giving it 4 stars. But the line…
