Inpatient EHR Review

The ability to view patient data from multiple sources (iPad, PC) is great! Not so much as an actual benefit but it does allow for different devices at work or home which can be helpful in some situations such as when you are working out of your car while waiting around for clients/patients etc. There could potentially have been more benefits offered by this product; I think they should consider adding functionality like reminders and alerts regarding upcoming appointments if not done already?

I like how it has created an easy way to input medical data into our charting system, which is very beneficial for my team of nurses in seeing patient progressions more efficiently. The layout needs some work. It could be better organized by date or time span (which isn't always possible when looking at each individual page). My hospital uses the in patient software to track the entire hospital system from patients who enter the facility to treatment. It is also very useful for scheduling doctor appointments, getting test results, etc. I like the easy access it provides to all of my doctors so they can check my progress as I go through treatments.
