Not Worth the Price

I recently purchased a cashmere yarn for my Arts and Crafts project, but was disappointed with the quality. As my tests showed, the fiber easily frayed and broke, making it difficult to work with. Despite the softness, the yarn did not provide the desired comfort or warmth. I would not recommend this yarn, especially for the hefty price.

Pros
  • Softness
Cons
  • Poor quality, difficult to work with, not worth the price.

Not expensive but nice yarn.

While this is a beautiful yarn, it only weighs 25g (95 yards) for $15. 100 grams cost 60 dollars. It's an outrageous price when you do your homework and compare the best yarns. This is a real 4 ply finger yarn. I did a fiber burn test and believe it is real cashmere. This is quite a tight twist that can be made into beautiful garments. It's also amazingly soft, doesn't roll or tangle when you run your hand over it, just like good cashmere. I just can't get over the price. That keeps me from…

Pros
  • US size 3: 3.25mm
Cons
  • So far so good
