A phenomenal product as well excellent Customer Service

The most important feature is that it allows me to get my customers' pricing without having to call them. I can do so from anywhere and at any time! It also has a great customer service! I have had to contact support a few times in the past year and each interaction was professional and helpful. They are still working on an integration with Salesforce which would be fantastic. Currently, it only integrates with Microsoft Office365; Salesforce is not supported yet. This is a great tool for…

Pros
  • Having access remotely 24/7 you don't need your laptop nearby just like our phone apps work when we're traveling across country while away form home office base
Cons
  • Still works best within MS cloud platform but should provide seamless connection
