Honda Accord CR-V Pilot Interior Dome Light Lamp Switch - Pack of 2 (34404-SDA-A21) Review

The dome light switch was easy to install and works great. This hard to reach switch is great value for money and comes highly recommended for a DIY project. Replacing the switch saved nearly $100 and only took about 20 minutes.

Fits my 2011 Honda Pilot perfectly. I removed the old ones and then used a knife, sandpaper and wd-40 electrical cleaner instead of the regular wd40 to remove the rust from the connectors. I might not have had to do this but thought it would be easier than installing and removing them and then cleaning them up.

Failed after six days. I can turn the light on and off manually, but that's the purpose of this switch. It's man-made, and by a happy accident I came across a defective set. However, this does not explain that it originally worked. Not a fortune, but it's my money and lunch somewhere.

Used to illuminate the driver's side map on Honda Odyssey 3rd generation (2007). Switches can wear out after prolonged use. If you have to press a switch (actually a dome cover) to turn on a light, it's probably a switch. Easy to swap out, just pull out the old one and insert the new one. Of course, you'll need to remove the flashlight body, which is just a couple of Phillips screws. This switch is the same size and feel as the OEM switch (a little less clicky than the OEM, but no big deal)…

This is my story and may help someone. bought a used caravan. the driver's cab was off. Gothsylvania Lightbulb. the dome lights still didn't work. I tried the bulb on the passenger side on the driver's side - no. ordered switches. At some point all the lights in the cabin stopped working. replaced the blown fuse #6 (7.5).
