Good HDMI wireless kit

I am using this HDMI wireless kit to connect my Xbox One to a 27 inch game console. Monitor (about 5 feet). Setup was easy (basically plug and play). When gaming, the resolution is fine and I don't have any lag issues. The only thing I've learned is to always unplug the transmitter and receiver from the power source after I'm done. If I don't do this, the next time I turn on my Xbox, the kit will not work properly. I will experience severe pixelation and lag.

Pros
  • Feels good
Cons
  • Definitely bad product

Just like cake and just works.

Connected and working. No fiddling with settings, no connection issues. Unlike some other devices, everything you need is here. No need to provide your own cables/power supplies. The box contains everything you need. Connect the receiver to your TV via HDMI and use the included power cord to plug it into a power outlet. Connect the transmitter to an HDMI laptop, connect the included power cord to the transmitter and the laptop's USB port. BAMB! You throw.

Works as described. It seems to be the same FW as Nyrius Aries Pro.

This product was purchased after a very poor return/repair experience with Nyrius. I was surprised that the graphics and other interface options turned out to be identical to the Nyrius Pro Aries (which died about a week after receipt). The product is used to wirelessly stream Nintendo Switch to a TV (about 10 feet away). It detects when the switch is turned on, automatically turns on the TV and switches to the correct channel. I haven't used the remote control that came with this unit, not…

Everything was perfect. I used this with splitter and .

I've been using it for karaoke and music videos at various locations for over a year. Absolutely flawless. The only problem I've ever had was interference from the Alto Stealth wireless speaker system. The stealth interference to both IOgear and my GTD Audio wireless microphones. Once I narrowed down the problem and stopped using the stealth system, everything was perfect. I've used this with a splitter and two 30" Asus monitors 25 feet apart with no problems. It certainly helped minimize my…

Still going strong after 5+ years, works through wood

I forgot where I bought it, maybe Revain. It has worked great for years for excellent 1080p video from a Yamaha AV receiver to an Epson projector. My main AV source is an old Panasonic BluRay player, which also supports streaming via Wi-Fi, Revain, Netflix, etc. The other AV inputs are a QAM decoder box for free digital TV channels on my cable channel (2-13 and a few others) and a MacAir laptop for online stuff. All videos work very well including full 1080p BluRay discs: no image/audio sync…

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Useless features

I even tried lowering the screen resolution with the same poor results.

I am sending it back. I can't believe it was designed for streaming and 3D. Hugely disappointing as I was planning to use it for class via laptop and switch to a different HDMI transmitter (also purchased) to switch to student laptops for display. Signal search and display takes too long. It also loses connectivity and for some reason I can't always get it to show up as a dual display from the laptop, just extended or just external. Video streaming is terrible. I've tried my laptop, my wife's…

Much better than expected!

I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of this product. It works fast, there are no freezes even in games. I didn't notice any glitches or loss of video quality. My transceiver is only 20 feet apart without the usual obstacles, so I can't explain how it would go 30 feet through a wall. However, the transmitter is very close to my laser printer and the signal must pass through it. I was concerned that there would be electrical noise issues and that I would have to move the printer, but…

Pros
  • Worth the money
Cons
  • Everything is fine

An endless source of irritation. This device appears to have been designed to infuriate. I would return it, but that would make it impossible for me to smash it with a hammer, douse the remains with kerosene and set it on fire. Typical usage scenario: 1) Plug in receiver 2) Turn on receiver 3) Turn on monitor 4) After 30-90 seconds the monitor goes blank, my keyboard and mouse and all open applications freeze temporarily while the operating system adjusts to the image loss that the monitor…
