Great tool allowing constant monitoring & troubleshooting

We're able to easily monitor our VMs (and therefore, IT systems) from anywhere with an internet connection via my iPhone or iPad devices - great for remote work! No need for anyone in house anymore. Just connect me up at home and I'm good! The only thing that can be improved is the price of each plan as it's quite costly compared to other similar cloud software solutions. Also could have more information about how often they check things like host/VM performance etc so we know when are…
