Breakouts on the cutting edge

The chisel had 2 breakouts on the cutting edge. I sharpened them to get rid of the shavings but they still haven't gone away.

Perfect for the job

If you're buying a 3" drill I probably don't need to tell you Irwin drills are great and are exactly as advertised. However, if you don't usually use such tools, let me tell you. Be careful, it's a beast. It will make you a man. Or break your wrist.
