For less than $8 I played and lost. The picture seems to indicate that this footrest is adjustable as it shows two different sizes and there is no drop down menu to select the length. It also looks adjustable thanks to the large ribbed collar, and at least one review says it is. When I received it I found that the ribbed collar did not turn. It only holds the footpeg spring. The spec doesn't say it's a 40mm wide mount, but I found out when I put it on my Haibike. Includes two 6mm hex head screws. Rather than throwing it away, I marked the 18mm center, hit it with a center punch, and then using a series of progressively larger drill bit sizes up to the 15/64 top, pre-drilled an 18mm hole in the center using the left hole -drilled/drilled. This stand was hard to find. I needed one for a 2017 Kona Dew Plus hybrid bike that doesn't have a kickstand. But newer Kona models have them. And yet they don't sell the stand as a part. With almost no information on the OEM stand other than photos of their new bikes, I finally found this iSKYS RA006 stand. It's very similar; but not the same issue.
