This iUniker cluster rack helped me transform my desk (with multiple RP cases) into a pretty neat and clean configuration. All parts were present (and a few extra bolts/nuts were added just in case), all fans worked and as long as you followed the installation instructions (with very specific screw directions) everything worked perfectly for me. This is a very good kit if you have multiple Raspberry Pis. It was very easy to assemble, doesn't require three hands and offers a nice look with good air circulation (see picture). The only tools you need are pliers or small wrenches. The hardest part was screwing the nuts onto the pi stands. Overall the case is easy to assemble. There are several comments/reviews stating that the LoveRPI POE compact hat works with the included fan kit. Unfortunately this doesn't seem to be correct. I took a picture so you can see how the fan sits on the POE hat component. The case protrusions are about 2.5cm (20mm) but should be closer to 3cm (30mm) to provide enough space to install LoveRPI POE compact cover fan. If you're mechanically inclined and have a few basic tools: cross sander #1, small pliers, maybe a small socket or screwdriver, then this thing is very easy to build.
