Description of IZOKEE 0.96'' I2C IIC 12864 128X64 Pixel OLED LCD Display Shield Board Module 4 Pin for Arduino & Raspberry Pi - Pack of 3pcs (Yellow-Blue-IIC)

0.96" 128X64 OLED LCD Display with IIC/I2C Interface-4PIN. Due to the high resolution of 128 x 64 pixels, the display offers a lot of space to display elements!. Easy connection of the display for Arduino, for Raspberry Pi, for 51 Series, for MSP430 Series, for STM32 / 2, CSR IC, etc. Only through I2C interface via four pins!. 128x64 pixel: please comment the default display type #define SSD_128_32 and uncomment #define SSD_128_64 at line 73 and 74 of the driver header file. Then the 128x64 pixel can be displayed normally. Tip: The blue and yellow areas are fixed and cannot be reset. The yellow area is the upper row, and the lower area is blue, as shown in the picture.

Type of review

I bought these thinking I could replace the oval mounting hole model I use in my FatShark Goggles FPV goggles but other than that they are smaller and have a different circuit board design than the original ones have they crashed when starting an arduino script Examples of type, scrolling, adding text etc. All crashed at the same moment which forced me to find the script and fix the problem. I still don't know why they fall. I have not used them in my glasses and will keep them for myself…

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Strap

Great for projects, kits and learning to program and use I2C

I definitely recommend this bundle - you get three OLED screens for a very low price. They come in a small protective plastic clamshell case and are 3/3 finished. I've scanned the I2C addresses to make sure there aren't any compatibility issues, as I've found that some of these cheaper packages sometimes have weird anomalies, but I2C addresses default to 0x3C. So far I've used them in several different projects and also use them to practice coding and to implement I2C in other projects. Regular

Pros
  • Great selection
Cons
  • Good but not great

Great for projects, kits and learning to program and use I2C

I definitely recommend this kit - you get three OLED screens for a very reasonable price. They came in little protective plastic clamshell cases and 3/3 of them worked. I've scanned the I2C addresses to make sure there aren't any compatibility issues, as I've found that some of these cheaper packages sometimes have weird anomalies, but I2C addresses default to 0x3C. So far I've used them in several different projects and also use them to practice coding and to implement I2C in other projects…

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

Nice little screens

Received 3 screens as advertised, each in a tiny protective case. The screens are good, bright, with very rich colors. The video I uploaded makes the colors dull, but they're quite bright when I look at them with my own eyes. I ordered a yellow/blue screen and the thing to note with this screen is that you get the full 128x64 pixels but there is a gap between the yellow and blue parts. So you end up with 128 x 16 yellow pixels at the top and 128 x 48 pixels at the bottom, all usable, with both…

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Doubtful

Great OLED display - easy to use

This is a great OLED display that is very easy to work with. Using the Adafruit libraries makes this very easy. Some basic codes are shown below. Some additional info that might be helpful: > Current draw for 128x32 mode: 14.7mA (Adafruit logo), 4.4mA (4 lines of size 1), 4.5mA (2 lines of size 1) , 10.6 mA (2 rows of size 2 ). lines), < 10 µA (display off) > 128x64 mode current consumption: 10.5 mA (Adafruit logo), 3.3 mA (4 lines size1), 3.3 mA (2 lines size1), 6.6 mA (2 lines…

Pros
  • Best
Cons
  • Ugly packaging
