Mine came second hand but I'm still happy

Definitely used. It does what I want, which is to make the perfect hole size for my labels. While it works well, I very much doubt I'll have any problems. I'm quick to return something but just brush it off and insist it would be 5 stars if it wasn't used for the look/feel. I would recommend if you are looking for a 1/8 hole punch. I have shown the standard sized hole in my binding versus the 1/8th hole on the map.

  • Arts, crafts and sewing

  • Dubious purchase for the elderly

Dear ones, Puncher will do his job!

The die blade may not be sharp enough to cut the heart shape as sharply (and cleanly) as I had hoped. . . But for an average craft project, it looks good enough. They're a little hard to squeeze. . . but I didn't have to punch out millions of hearts or anything. . . . A million hits will definitely hurt your arm! The punch box fell off too easily - but I didn't care because I used the confetti hearts anyway.

Pros
  • Paper and Paper Crafts
Cons
  • Newer model could have been chosen

I have an RA on my hands and would really like to know where the quality control was when it was made? Terrible product. I've tried working with it, but I just can't. It's hard to press, like it needs some lube to press the hole punch smoother. UPDATE: Although the product let me down, the company was great at communicating and fulfilling my…
