Works as advertised. Dead nuts in yards. The only gripe is that the battery is a bit inconsistent. Basically it's all day (18 holes) and sometimes only good for 9 holes. Without charging 27 does not work. I didn't understand why. Be sure to download the update as it is relevant to all courses.

I didn't have high expectations but for $125 it's pretty good. You're lucky if you get two shots before the battery dies. Better to reload after each round. I read the reviews before purchasing and don't find it to be overly bulky, not much bigger or heavier than any other men's watch. On the other hand, it is very easy to use and seems very accurate. I used to have a pocket GPS navigator and it was a hassle to take it out and look for every shot. The benefit of this GPS is that it has already downloaded 90% of the golf courses in the US and can be easily tracked by satellite once you are on the course. Well I charged it up and took it to a class and it failed to pick up the class I was on. Only about 4 courses were listed on Oahu, Hawaii and one was a community/town course and the other was a par 3 course!
