I love these skates. They are soft and warm. strong and durable inside and out. True to size and I can get comfy without my ankle wiggling.

My daughter is developing and needed great skates. I read reviews and asked for opinions and found this skateboard. She LIVES in them. They were a strong couple and had a lot of support. Also, she has an awkward fit - but she claims to be perfectly comfortable even when she's on her feet for 7 hours.

Softec skates are the best! The only brand I buy! Bought 1 pair for my 16 year old daughter who wears a size 11 and one for my 12 year old son. Both fit perfectly and are so comfortable! I have a pair that I bought 5 years ago and still use. Eternal and very warm and comfortable! That's what I'm looking for in a skateboard!

Excellent skates. I bought these skates for my 2.5 year old grandson. He has never skated and is the youngest in his group. It's only been two lessons and he's already skating. Unbelievable. Very good quality and very easy to put on skates. He loves these skates and loves to skate. I recommend it to everyone as a start.

I found these skates very uncomfortable. When I tried to send it back - brand new - I was told I would have to pay the return shipping cost which was $30 using USPS Priority Mail AND the company wants to charge me an additional 10% restocking fee of the cost. These skates came with a tag clearly identifying them as women's skates. We followed the online size chart and ended up ordering a size too small. Thanks to Revain's return policy we just sent them back and ordered a size up and life is fine (shoe size = women's 8.5 or 9, skate size that fitted was women's 9. Please note I have a wide foot , so women's size 9 skates fit best.)

I first ordered size 7 from the size chart provided, they were too small. I ended up ordering a size 8 which fits perfectly on my 8.5 foot. Sizes are adjustable, I suggest trying on your first size and determining if you need to size up or down. They fit great! They just arrived so I haven't ridden them yet and I'm new so I don't know if I should sharpen them or not. I will ask the seller. As soon as I reset them I will adjust my rating. I haven't skated in over ten years and I was apprehensive about buying skates. These Jackson Ultima shoes were so comfortable and warm on the ice. I have never fallen and slid so easily on the ice. I wear size 7 boots and bought size 7 skates. The fit was good. The thick fleece is so warm and comfortable. I also had enough legroom. It also has excellent ankle support.
