Item looks good. At first I received a bag with only one cable, but the money was returned to me, I reordered and got the right amount.

Replaced 2 rusty cables on a mountain bike bought in 1989. Haven't ridden the bike for a while and then noticed that the brake pull wires that came with the bike were rusty to begin with.

This product is amazing value considering you get TEN (10) wires. The wires are of excellent quality and exactly as in the photo. I would buy them again anytime but I don't have to because I have enough parts to build 5 bikes.

Exactly as described, fits exactly as expected - two minutes to fit each brake. There are five pairs of galvanized cables in the package, so that's fine, but I'd rather buy a pair of stainless steel cables because I live on the coast.

Good quality - hard to find replacement for original DiaCompe cantilever brakes. This is a great price and will allow me to replace them more regularly. The cables are a bit thicker than the original but seem to be of good quality. It's also the best price I've found for them. I recommend them for replacing old, worn or oxidized cables. It's a good idea to keep your brakes in good condition and they definitely do the job.
