🍚 Optimized Japanese Rice Spatula Review

I somehow lost my Insta Pot rice spoon and had to use other items. I was afraid of scratching the surface of the pot. I'm glad to have a reliable rice spoon again. It's durable and perfect for what I need it for.

I have read the size of the article. I was expecting a spoon 10 in length and 3 in width. Instead, I get a spoon half the size. For the money I paid, it's not worth my time or gas to return this to UPS for a refund. I do not recommend buying this product. I think it falls into the category of false advertising.

As other reviewers have said, this spoon (packed closest to the tape measure in the attached picture) is a mini version of a regular rice spatula. So if you have a tiny rice cooker it's fine, but if you're using a big one. Like my family, your hand will be covered in rice. Durable and easy to care for, just too small.

Well this is the first time. I have never received a rice paddle of this size. I'm Korean and I've cooked a lot of rice and used different spatulas. It's like a baby spatula, might be ok if you lead a minimalist life with a tiny one-person rice cooker. But for family/normal use it's totally useless. It also says it's "Japanese". Not quite, Made in China, says the label. Just a cheap miniature copy of the real ones I used to buy. Back immediately.
