ok these oilers are great. I ordered one and it worked so well I ordered 4 more for other oils and vinegars. The lid snaps into the metal ring of the glass with little effort and closes airtight. Easy to wash, easy to water. The small rubber lid does a good job even with a completely oily spout.

Fits or does NOT fit as described or expected. Use regular mouth ball jars and lids when needed; However, the lid does not close properly. The thickness of the rim of this product seems too thick and does not allow the lid to close completely. Sounds like a seal defect around the rim. Some areas think more than others. please change, thanks

the cork at the top of the spout is not very strong or unreliable. The resulting leaky top prevents the dressin from shaking and emulsifying. I shake from side to side and hold the lid, but it's still dripping. This is definitely not something I would buy again or as a gift for my daughter. I will look for a better but similar item as I use my jars for decoration. I will continue to use it, but again not the best.

They look great and I'd be happy if the lids stayed closed (and if they came in more colors). We use them for different purposes (lotion oils and vegetable oils). The lids don't stay. In fact, I think this is a bad thing because you need to keep your oils sealed to prevent them from going bad. I don't know if it's rancid or if it just destroys its health properties, but I do know it should remain airtight. If they fix this problem it will be a great product.

I was delighted with this product. I've been waiting for it to be back in stock. I can't get it to snap into the metal ring even after holding it under hot running water. I can't find the right box either. I have several different brands of standard mouth cups and they are too big to fit in any of them. If I can eventually build it into a metal ring, I still can't use it. Bought 2 and both had the same problem.

Glass lid is very suitable for serving oil, vinegar, salad dressing. I use it with Masontops plastic glass tape for rust prevention. The only issue is that there is a second small hole in the top of the jar's lid (allowing airflow so the liquid is properly distributed) which prevents me from using it to store perishable foods (like my salad dressings). I was so excited about this because I make homemade vinaigrettes all the time and using a mason jar would be so easy because I already have them. However, it did not meet my expectations. 1. No cover was included. You still need to use the metal ring of the mason jar. I guess I was expecting a plastic ring, but I don't know why it doesn't say so in the product description. 2. Difficult to remove from metal ring. Once I placed it in the metal screw/glass lid it was very difficult to pull it back
