The length and quality of the buckle is fantastic. I wish the neoprene padding under the buckle was a bit bigger as mine seems to slip a bit and the buckle touches the service it's resting on. I use them to tie 2 inflatable paddle boards to my roof rack.

Ordered these to tie two kayaks to my truck's ladder post. The kayaks are 31 inches wide and these straps went through both twice and there were many more. Note: These are the lighter orange straps in the picture * They were also very easy to tighten. The buckle protects my kayaks from scratches.

Just started using it looks good and definitely worth the money. I cut it and burned the end to make it more suitable for my use. The protective padding was essential for my use and appears to be quite durable. Update: After months of constant indoor use with just a few pounds of force, the fabric is wearing down and the buckle is becoming loose.

These straps are very good value for money. Much better than the Cartman brand belts I bought at the same time but not as durable as the NRS belts I use for most of my gear. They started to wear out after only a few short trips down the road after tying the kayak to the trailer, but at least they hold the kayak and release it when needed. Decent but not a great product for the money.

After my first check they sent me new belts. Now they get them from a new manufacturer. They are definitely better. They require special belt threads to provide a secure fit that is not required on other belts such as NRS. They also don't have the anti-scratch rubber bumper shown in the picture. Bought a set of four first to see how well they would work to secure 800lbs of grapes in 35 grommets (5 x 7 (tall)) onto a wooden pallet . These are not heavy. They are significantly thinner than the belts advertised at £500.
