has high hopes for these LEDs and I am not disappointed. Rear visibility when reversing is excellent. I have a rear view camera and sometimes at night I couldn't see very well due to the poor light. now it's comparatively like having headlights. for almost a week now. Installed on a 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid. It wasn't easy, but it wasn't bad either.

It is very difficult to buy LED lamps online. There is a lot of misleading information from many sellers. I bought about $100 worth of LED lighting this month in search of the perfect bulb for every position in my car. These are very bright. Too bright for most applications. I measured 4.8W at 12V with a 12V lab power supply and a Fluke meter. I needed them for DRL and am very satisfied.

Twice I ordered them and twice they came DOA and I had to ask Revain to send a replacement. The first time, back in July, the exchange went well. They were easy to install, beautiful and bright. This is the ONLY reason I gave them that second star. However, the replacement DOA also arrived with the second set I ordered in November. This is unacceptable poor quality and I will not order again.

Oh my god, the brilliance of these 921 size bulbs stunned me after I installed them. I have a truck, and when it's dark I have a hard time backing into my narrow concrete-walled driveway. I was planning on installing LED blocks after plasma cutting the bumper of the running board, but didn't get my hands on it. A pair of $13 bulbs gets me through as it gives about 3-4x the lumens. The performance is specified at the level of normal halogen lamps.

Great reverse lights for my 2015 Toyota Highlander. Shortly after we received this machine in January (2018), I started replacing all the light bulbs with LEDs. The first thing I changed was the reversing lights. They are very bright and allow you to see clearly behind you and make it really clear in your car's rear view camera. They are bright enough to light up the entire front of my neighbor's house as if the car had been turned and the high beams were on.

As they are the same socket base the only thing that can put you off using them in place of a 194 or 168 , the position. 921 or 912 have a larger envelope and are also larger than 194 or 168. 921 and 912 are high power lamps. They are not dash mountable and not suitable for this application. I have an RV with an electric headlight, a standard 194 that I took out and put in LED. Very bright and really seems to be 5000 Kelvin. The only issue is that the light output has some streaks and patterns, but that may be due to my reflectors. I love how it turns on or off instantly, unlike halogens which take a split second to turn on or off to full brightness. I have a 2006 Honda Ridgeline RTL and while I love it, one of the things that has always annoyed me is that the stock reverse lights were ridiculously dim. Especially noticeable in the winter months when I get to work before sunrise and leave work after dark. I couldn't see anything behind me. I replaced the reversing lights with them on an '08 Subaru Outback and was happy with the improvement. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is because they cause radio interference. (The degree depends on the station) I've tried tackling this with iron chokes but it didn't work. At least the reverse lights don't stay on all the time like reverse/parking lights, so I can live with a bit of static when reversing in exchange for the bright light they produce.
