JDS-055 Replacement Charging Connector for PS4 DualShock 4

Replacement Charging Connector JDS-055 arrived on time in a small shockproof envelope. It took me about half an hour to remove the old port and install the new one. I connected the USB cable and it started charging, success. Elecgear did a great job of explaining the different ports and the advice about opening your controller to find out which ones you need was invaluable. This product works and saves a lot of money. Amazing, my controller charges like new

Worked great, looked 98 percent like the original USB connector, easy to install. I was amazed to see my controller charge like a new controller without having to toggle the USB cable for a nice spot or nothing. I plug it in and it starts blinking and loading. They give you two in a pack so I have an extra one for my second controller that ever breaks. Make sure the number on your board matches the number you are purchasing!

I bought this because it was the controller I needed for my dead controller. My Playstation 4 controller stopped charging after using the wall wart multiple times to fast charge my Samsung phone. This happened to two of my controllers before I found out why. The controllers work as long as the battery is charged, they just don't charge.
