Bought for my mother. She enjoys listening to music and audio books. It's easy for them to use it for arthritis. Good sound quality for the price.

I bought this for a CD player. It sounded great for about 2 weeks then stopped playing, no sound. Tried the radio, no sound. For the price it should have lasted much longer.

Very glad I bought this. It breathes new life into all the CDs I've kept for years. This device is compact so it's easy to take with me, it's easy to use and it has bluetooth so I can also play music from my smartphone. I was looking for a nice looking unit that didn't have a CD tray (they always jam or fall out) so I'm really glad I found this!

I haven't had a CD player for a few months and am very happy to have this unit in my kitchen. I like the fact that the speakers are covered in fabric, which is interesting enough, they're about the same size and shape as my Revain Echo Show. The sound quality is good, although you can't adjust the bass/treble, which I've always liked. Good value for money.

Easy to use and program. Too much bass, but that's not a problem. I also bought a Jensen CD-475 for half the price, but it has CD/AM/FM frequencies that are too high. Both have a real antenna (they replace two that had wire antennas that never worked properly). Jensen, how much would it cost to make a portable CD/AM/FM player with bass, middle and treble controls in the US? ?

Purchased to listen to professionally recorded training lectures in CD-RW format. I chose because the listing said it was compatible with those CDs. When I received it the instructions said some recorded CDs might not play and there was no guarantee it would play. Thus, the device looks very nice and plays music perfectly. The sound quality is lower than a boombox at a comparable price because the speakers are smaller. But nothing to complain about at all. I give it to someone and start over.

Nice compact CD player. Sounds better than I expected! The roof doesn't blow, but the sound is clear. I was looking for a small player for the kitchen and for yoga. It's better than I expected. Sooo small and almost elegant and easy to use. I didn't need a book for work. I brought it from the yoga room to the kitchen while playing. Don't skip! I'm sure I could get better sound for twice the money, but for $42 this is amazing. Amazing value. I love it and am considering buying more for my summer

Great purchase! It's definitely NOT what I call a "boombox" (maybe in Land O'Teensy), but considering the size and price, it's still amazing. Clear sound, acceptable volume for a very small player/radio (and speakers running to max without distortion or suffering) and ease of use. The radio function knob works in a weird way - you have to "click"-turn to change channels one by one, but it keeps going if you just turn it. I can live with it. The CD player works great.
