It gets the job done. But it's easy - I'd like something stronger. However, as with everything, you get what you pay for. Considering the price, this is not surprising.

This is a very good heavy duty item and the price was reasonable. The pin fitted perfectly into the existing hole in the front jack of my caravan. I used a good quality black spray paint to paint the footboard to match my existing jack color. I was also concerned that the running board might hold rainwater, so I had someone drill drainage holes in it. I definitely recommend this product!
