Three stars because this is my second time buying this steering wheel and I am a little disappointed from the first to the second. , the color and alignment marks were offset by about 1/2 inch, so when I adjusted them they were on one side. I had to measure and find the center of the handlebar and make a mark, good thing I didn't cut it to final length. Overall they are durable and well made. I will come back for a final review after putting it to a real test!

Bought for my Vilano 29er. After replacing the stem, which moved the bars closer and lower, I felt limited by the width of the bars. It could have all been in my head but I felt like I was losing control of the track. These bars fixed it right away! They are much wider than my standard handlebars and much lighter. I bought these at 760mm width to replace some 680mm bars which I found too narrow when getting used to the 760mm bars on my latest bike. A pleasant surprise. I compared the old 680s to the new ones and these Jessica bars are 100g lighter! Real weight 278 gr. The stroke and span seemed to match the old handlebar so the only change really was the width. They're light enough for aluminum handlebars, wide enough for a stable and controlled feel on the trail, and supportive enough for me to feel secure when climbing or descending. I have decided to replace my entire cockpit on the bike and this is a GREAT entry level handlebar set. I replaced the stock bars on my GT Aggressor Pro with these vertical bars. I shortened them to 740 mm because they were too wide for me at 760 mm (actually measured 770 mm).
