I didn't want to clutter up the truck and found this to be the perfect hitch tube cover. High quality rubber and very easy to install. I would buy again.

This peripheral is so easy to install and so useful that a towbar cannot be considered complete without it. No tools are required and if I timed it it might take two seconds. Aesthetics aside, it prevents the accumulation of water, dirt, rust and other harmful nuisances. The price is cheap, the installation couldn't be simpler: brainless. Highly recommended.

I received my order within a short time of ordering. Once I received the order, I went outside and made sure it would fit the 2016 Chevrolet Silverado trailer. The case looks high quality and quite thick. I hope it survives the 2020-2021 North Dakota winter, and at the end of the winter I will have another comment on its survivability. At the same time, the lid fits snugly and covers the opening. I don't think this prevents moisture from getting into the cavity and certainly won't prevent rust.
