I use this tool to measure tire temperatures when leaving the track or car X. So far I'm very impressed with the build quality and the ability to quickly read the tempo. I would buy again.

This is a high quality pyrometer. I prefer this type you stick in the protector to infrared which just scans the surface. I have used it on several vehicles and am very satisfied. I'd like a slightly longer cable, but it's kind of a minor thing.

Works exactly as expected. No complaints. There are better ones that remember your tire temperature, but they are significantly more expensive. I recommend reading the tempi as you record the voice. Faster than writing on paper. Of course, if you have a really good memory, this would be ideal.

Very good pyrometer. I've been using it for a few trackdays and so far so good. I wish it had memory for all 12 readings you need to check the outside, center and inside readings for each tire. I knew it didn't have this feature but after using it I might consider paying more to get a pyrometer with this feature.

This is a quick to read and accurate pyrometer that goes with me everywhere on all routes to help me get my car set up correctly. The probe is very well made, the adjustable tip is comfortable, the device itself is very comfortable to use with gloves. Highly recommended!

I bought this pyrometer because I thought the price was fair, but given the price I expected at least a little help from the manufacturer if I had any questions. I'm giving up my unit. I don't think it's working properly and I have some simple questions. I emailed the company several times and they just didn't bother to reply. Buyer Warning. I bought the unit about 6 months ago and it was in the box until last month. It is easy to read and takes temperature readings quickly. Other than that I wouldn't trust it. When I first used it it doesn't turn off, there should be an auto shut off, and holding down the power button doesn't turn it off. Works well and at the right price. I am ACS Simple and clear. I monitor tire temperatures. I used a Raytek IR temporary pistol and after years of use the trigger became finicky. So I decided to use the contact style and do the next few activities by "transforming" my brain into the new correct temperature range that I need to look at. only on the surface. Value for money pyrometer. I have used it on the NASA TT Miata and have had positive results. I have no comparison with pyrometers that are 3-4 times more expensive. The only other pyrometer I compared it to was the Longacre Accutech, which is slightly more expensive and had similar readings, with the Longacre having a nicer metal storage case.
