I've only tried chocolate so can't speak to the other ingredients but it's almost impossible to remove the chocolate and prevent it from settling as it hardens tears. Although it is a very nice design, it is useless as everything is cracked.

Given to a friend. she loves them! Within an hour of announcing they had arrived, she sent me photos of her finished work. She loves decorating cakes and this will expand her creativity a bit. We spent quite a bit of time figuring out how they could be used for different purposes in their cake decorating work. She said they came out easily and cleanly from the mold and her photos looked just like that.

Nice butterfly pattern but the shapes are very small and thick and poorly made. There is no way to get the medium out of shape without it cracking and breaking because it is so brittle. I tried fudge, royal icing, gum paste, chocolate, and candy paste, trying to get the mold to work. All failed due to the poor quality of the butterfly shape. The photos show the actual depth, which is just over a quarter thick. I had to buy a better, thicker food mold. upset.
