This is perfect for me. The ergonomic handle is great for my old hands. It can be easily dismantled for cleaning and easily reassembled. The blade guard is very easy to use and a plus if you're clumsy in the kitchen like me. I love this new gadget and look forward to using it.

We used to have other pizza cutters like this but they broke and weren't the best design and always ended up throwing it all in the washing machine although actually only the blade was dirty but grease has arrived everywhere.
