Moldy and Unusable Substrate

This substrate was a complete disaster. It arrived moldy and unusable for my pet's terrarium. I reached out to customer service, who offered a replacement, but the second bag was just as bad. The pros are that it was advertised as a natural-looking substrate appropriate for any terrarium setting. However, the cons completely outweigh any potential benefits with this product. Don't waste your money on this, there are much better options available in the Pet Supplies market.

Sharp and large pieces

Very large and sharp pieces that can injure your reptile, especially if it is a child. In addition, the amount is definitely less than 10 liters. Maybe even less than 8 liters.

Great Value

The bag has a slot for the product, so a good price. The only problem is that some of the pieces are very large, but I mix them in with small coconuts to balance them out. My tortoise seems to love digging and digging in it.
