Scissors to die for

These are the best scissors in the world. Sharp, handy, cuts through thick stems and just about anything in the garden. If everything worked as well as these scissors, the world would be a much better place!

Pros

Great scissors🥰 best in the kitchen and dining room

I got to know these scissors when I was working in a flower shop. And now we use them in the physical therapy room where I work. Strong, reliable and durable scissors. I have several pairs at home. I always recommend her✂️🥰✂️

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons

Versatile, durable scissors

These are the best all-purpose scissors. I had 2 pairs because my husband and I use them all the time from the kitchen to the garden. I lost one (I hope it comes back now that I've replaced it). Still the same quality as the ones I bought years ago.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something

Good sharp and handy general purpose scissors

I love these scissors, with a sharp tip for handling paper plates, sharp enough to trim a rosebush, cut open a chicken, cut pipe brushes or cut string. Everything around is amazing. I bought a pair for each Sunday school teacher. Caution - very spicy NOT for children.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Functionality

This is my second pair of Joyce Chen. They are amazing! I'm @saltykissesjewelry metalworker and I use them to cut various gauges of sterling and thin silver wire as well as sterling sheet. They cut like butter. I was able to cut the wire down to 10 gauge!

Pros
  • Beautiful
Cons
  • Safety

For strong hands only

These scissors are a replacement for the ones I bought a few years ago. I bought them in July and they were very tight to open. I thought they would loosen up with use but if anything they are more difficult to use. I am trying to find a contact for the company as my return period has expired. I bought another pair and they work great. Maybe these are defective.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • No fuss

We love these scissors

This is our third of these scissors. Now they are in three rooms. They're the perfect size for a variety of tasks, and the large handles fit in any hand. Our first pair (bought 3926) has been in the dishwasher MANY times with no rust and no real deterioration in cutting ability. We have a cheap fake that does not meet the requirements at all. Pay the price for the rest of the item; It's worth it.

Pros
  • Acceptable
Cons
  • Big and bulky

Essential for scissors

I bought my first two red scissors from Joyce Chen in 2006 when I started feeding my dogs raw. I use them primarily for separating chicken thighs, but I quickly realized that they are great for easily cutting things that other scissors can't cut, like wire or plastic packaging. Since I use them for raw chicken, they are often dishwasher safe. I have to admit that they formed a tiny ring of rust around the middle bushing that didn't change its function. A couple's sleeve finally snapped while…

Great kitchen, craft or metalworking scissors

I actually use these scissors for metalworking because they cut wire and frames better than very expensive metalworking scissors. This is for light conditions, 20 ga. colored wire and 24 gauge. Non-ferrous metal max. The throat isn't very deep, but since they're so sharp, that's not a big problem. Can't beat cutting your own bezel wire - super straight, doesn't kink around the edge, cuts very well. This is my second pair because my husband used my first pair to cut and sew fins. radiators, and…
