JRL Motorized Bicycle Head Tail Lamp Friction Generator Dynamo Light Kit Suit - 12V 6W 6V 3W Review

Cheap, cheap, cheap. I bought this set because I expected poor quality and that the mounts are so versatile they don't fit anywhere. I was neither surprised nor disappointed. I bought it primarily for the dynamo and lighting, everything else is modified or replaced for my application.

I found out that you only have 1 wire and it is on the tail light. And you have to plug it in because it doesn't get ground. In fact, you must ground everything. The bike itself is the ground wire. However, you must add a ground wire to each bulb. If you want it to work. You will also need a hot wire for the headlight. Because as I said, you only have 1 cable and that is on the rear light.

When it arrived the box in the packaging was open apart from being in good condition. It came with only one wire and it's attached to the tail light, luckily I had some spare wires. The bulb in the rear light is not designed for 12 volts and will burn out quickly. But after replacing that bulb with one that can handle 12 volts, everything works fine.
