These washers are perfect for their intended use, my only disappointment was that I mistakenly thought they would contain screws, my fault in that regard. You are perfect for the job.

It's not the cheapest isolation fastener, but it's strong. I haven't broken any yet and they work great. They tip over when tightened, which works because they are then flush with the surface of the insulation. They're also large enough to be used between boards, saving a few brackets.
